Considerations

• Most students vote to keep the late cancel forgiven policy and it is not clear to keep it or not based on the average vote result. Decided to remove it to promote good discipline from both parties and avoid putting people in awkward situations.
• While it is good to have a process to keep things relatively fair and efficient, it may not be the optimal solution for many cases. Please still use your best judgement to compensate it by adjusting your next appointment fee(up or down).
• Probably not everyone is happy with the decisions. Please understand that this is a group decision and we have to settle on something and follow it. We can adjust the policy later if this does not work well.
• The most important thing is to be friendly to your partners. And remember to leverage the flexibility in the platform to handle each individual cases if necessary.
